An old bow floral encrusted lattice work lidded bowl in the rococo taste, together with a Welsh black Victorian teapot with decoration in relief with strawberries on a vine, a pickled pear in a jar, together with a Chelsea-Derby lattice work bowl, the central panel set with floral spray with gilt highlights and floral handles marked to the base in gilt (5) CONDITION REPORTS The black Welsh teapot has numerous chips to the lid, mainly on the corners and the underside. the main body of the teapot has a crack that goes from the top all the way through, down the side and along the base of the teapot. The spout has chips to the top and the underside and there is a crack that extends from the handle down to one side of the teapot as well and joins the other crack to the base. The old bow floral encrusted lattice bowl shows general signs of wear and tear commensurate with age. There are chips to some of the flowers and to the main handle which is shaped like the stem of a plant. Numerous ecretions to the base, some wear of the paint. The Chelsea Derby lattice bowl has areas of gilt work, worn, rubbed, small chips to the flower encrusted decoration. All items show general war and tear commensurate with age - see images for details

Silver 4-piece tea and coffee set by Elkington & Co, rectangular style with scalloped corners, compressed ball feet to each conponant, engraved Japanese style decoration of cranes, bamboo and floral motifs, tea and coffee pots with black umbrella finials and scalloped handles, gold finish to inside of sugar bowl and milk jug, marks for Elkington & Co, Birmingham, 1891, pattern no. 16644, total weight approx. 60.3ozt. Condition Report: Overall very good, finial to teapot loose, no signs of repair to any pieces, no significant denting or damage to bodies, some scratches, wear and tear to handles, bodies and ball feet consistant with use.
Small Persian silver teapot, round squat body, spout and handle chased with floral and foliate decoration, lid and cartouches to body depicting scenes of figures and wild animals, scrolling handle, finial in the form of a flower, single spreading foot, height approx. 10cm, width from handle to spout approx. 17.5cm, weight approx.9.4ozt. Condition Report: Overall good, some minor denting across body, no signs of repair, some scratches, wear and discoloration consistant with use.
A Worcester Bat pattern teapot stand, printed in underglaze blue, with blue wash, with bats in flight and a vase of flowers by a fence, gilt border, 15cm wide, c.1780Ref: Branyan, French and Sandon 11.B.26Vendor's Note: Chinese admiration for bats began thousands of years before Christ. They were thought to be a sign of good luck. In the Manchu period, bats were very popular and used everywhere, such as worn on the robes of the emperors and carved into furniture and thrones. Condition Report: Rubbed gilding and some surface wear.
