A fine Indian three piece tea service by C. Krishniam Chetty and Son, Bangalore with elephant head and trunk chased handles, the teapot with a standing elephant finial, the spout an elephant`s head and trunk. The body of each decorated in relief with jungle scenes showing the hunting of wild animals, bun feet. Maker`s mark for each piece.
A Herend porcelain part dinner and tea service, Hungarian and hand painted in the Meissen style with birds, branches and butterflies and comprising four 11 inch plates, twelve 7 inch plates, fifteen coffee cups and eighteen saucers, seven teacups and eleven saucers, sugar basin, cream jug, toast rack, fourteen egg cups, lidded dish, teapot, coffee pot and two hot water jugs. A Keswick School of Industrial Arts silver tea service, comprising teapot, Chester mark 1913 also inscribed with the makers name "M. Armstrong" for Matthew Armstrong and with matching sugar basin and cream jug with Chester marks for 1911, each piece nicely planished. The crest of SWALLOW of Chelmsford, Essex.
