The Victorian teapot (EPBM) is intact, but has more wear on the handle particularly.

Royal Crown Derby, a harlequin Witches pattern tea service, comprising teapot, six trios, milk jug, sugar bowl (lacking cover), and a cabaret tray, painted pattern 2451, factory backstamps, tray 49cm.Condition report:Some cups have minor loss of gilding to the underside of their handles. Some items have minor loss of the pattern. One saucer has some sticky tape residue to the base. Please see additional uploaded example images, including one of the tray.
