Edward VIII silver three piece bachelors tea setthe teapot with ebonised handle and finial, dated one year later than the matching cream jug and sucrier, bearing marks for John Millward Banks, Birmingham, 1906 and 1907, 366g approx overall (3) Overall signs of age-related wear and use. Some small scratches in places. Possible double-struck hallmark to the teapot, otherwise hallmarks are mostly clear and legible. Evidence of original silver gilt to the interior of the milk jug and sucrier. Tarnish and oxidation throughout.

Henning Koppel for George Jensen, a Danish Modernist Sterling Silver 3 piece tea service, model 1017, comprising pear shaped tea pot, sugar basin and creamer. The teapot with guayacan handle, each model stamped 1017 with makers stamp 'HK, Sterling Denmark', total weight approx. 35oz. With original packing note from Georg Jensen, Bond Street, London dated 21st February 1964, with purchase price of £231.
