A CHINESE YIXING TEAPOT AND COVER MOULDED AS A WALNUT QING DYNASTY The body applied with smaller nuts, one forming the knop, the loop handle as a branch, all supported on five nut-shaped legs, a three character seal reading Chen Ming Yuan to the handle and a further seal mark to the base, 18cm. (2)
A CHINESE YIXING HEXAGONAL TEAPOT AND COVER 18TH CENTURY The body with two panels moulded with a crouching boy holding a leafy stem, the other panels of stylised scrolling foliage, the spout shaped as a dragon head, the handle as a dragon tail, the lid surmounted with a Buddhist lion dog, 16cm. (2)
A RARE CHINESE YIXING TEAPOT AND COVER BY CHEN BO FANG EARLY QING DYNASTY With a flattened circular body, the handle formed as a geranium stem, the spout as a rolled leaf and the base as a blossom, the cover as an upturned flower, all elements evoking a swirling sensation of motion, signed Bo Fang to the lid, 18.5cm.
