A good Rozenburg eggshell porcelain, Art Nouveau teapot and cover of sinuous form with a high looped handle, painted with stylised flowers by J. Schelling. Printed mark, painted monogram and no. 508, height 24cm, hairline cracks. (See illustration) Condition Report: lot 878 - the lid has 3 minor glaze chips to the flange or inside, also a hairline crack. There is a crack to the underside of the spout, possibly a firing fault. There is also another hair line crack to the main body and a further smaller crack to the side/edge. Light crazing throughout. Please see attached images. Crack under the spout is approx 5cm long; the crack from the top of the spout to the side 6 cm and crack to the lid recess is 1.5cm.

CONDITION REPORT: The jug in the form of the Chinese teapot has had the spout restored, otherwise appears good with no further obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.
