Designed by Christiane Reuter, printed with birds and foliage in bright colours, the set comprises of five plates, six saucers, four cereal bowls, five mugs, two large cups, teapot and cover, pot with cover and a milk jug. (25)The teapot has heavy staining to interior, the cups have light staining. All peices have very light surface scratching and wear. Paint/colours remain vibrant. No chips or cracks. Slip glaze decoration inscribed As A Ring Is Round And Has No End So Is My Love Unto My Friend, height 18cm together with four other studio pottery items. (5)The Glover vase has firing cracks on one of the handles.The teapot has a few glaze flakes on the spout, no other issues.

Comprising: teapot and cover, slop bowl, side plate, six teacups and eight saucers.The teapot is internally stained and crazed with a chipped spout and rim.The cake plate is slightly rubbed.One saucer has a stained crack.Otherwise some gilt rubbing and wear, with some crazing.

A Royal Crown Derby Old Imari tea service comprising teapot, lidded sugar bowl, milk jug and one cup and saucer. Condition: minor chip to spout of teapot and chip to rim of tea cup, other pieces have minor wear to the gilding but appear overall in good condition with no apparent chips, cracks or restoration.

Dod Proctor - A.E. Brain & Co - Foley China - A cup, saucer and side plate with matched teapot and cover for the 1934 Harrods Modern Art for the Table exhibition (Art in Industry) hand painted with stylised flowers and foliage with star and lines, Dod Proctor and Foley mark. (4) NB - This was designed by Dod Proctor for the 1934 Harrods and Art in Industry 'Modern Art for the Table' exhibitions. Marked 'First Edition'. In 1934 Foley China and Clarice Cliff were asked to produce a range of table wares for the exhibitions and notable artists of the day such as Paul Nash, Laura Knight, Duncan Grant, Graham Sutherland, Gordon Forsyth, Ben Nicholson and Barbara Hepworth were invited to submit designs. Due to poor marketing, the public were largely unaware of the designs and after an initial twelve sets were commissioned of each, further production was halted.
