A MATCHED SILVER TEA SET of Georgian design, comprising teapot, milk jug, and a two-handled sugar bowl, the latter two with gilded interiors, engraved band decoration, the teapot made by Sydney Hall & Co., Sheffield 1931, the milk jug and sugar bowl by Sibray, Hall and Co. Ltd., Sheffield 1927 and 1928, together with a SILVER HOT WATER POT by William Griffiths & Sons, of waisted form with gadrooned rim, on bun feet, Birmingham 1938, combined weight of all four items, including the non-silver han dles and knops 1686g.

A Regency silver tea pot, by Crispin Fuller, London 1811; together with similar jug and basin by CB London 1810 having silver handles, 1142g. Condition Report: Stands firm Gilt interiors worn. Minor denting and surface scratching to bodies. Handle firm, ivory insulators in place but cracked. Finial slightly bent. Teapot (R), others (Q). No engraving seen. Hallmarks slightly rubbed, especially the teapot.
A George III silver teapot, of shaped oval form, monogrammed within a shield shaped cartouche, and with bright cut decoration, London 1785, approx. 10.5 ozt (all in) See illustration Condition report Report by GHSome minor dents all over and a couple of slightly larger dents on vulnerable corners and edges. Pins to hold the handle on have been soldered in place. Two large dents to foot-rim. Spout of teapot a little folded over. Wooden finial is possibly a replacement.

The other teapot is 13 cm high x 10 cm wide, not including the spout.The teapots have rim chips and general rubbing to decoration and gilt.The smaller of the teapots has had its spout completely broken off and re-glued and there are cracks around this area as well.Dish is 11 cm deep x 14 cm wide x 4 cm highThe soap dish has rubbing to the gilt but generally free of damageCylindrical pot and cover is 8 cm high.The cylindrical pot and cover has been broken and fully restored.
