Group of Chinese blue and white porcelain, comprising a large teapot painted with foliate panels, and another smaller, 18th Century melon-lobed teapot with English gilding, powder blue tea bowl and saucer, together with a prunus decorated ginger jar having wooden cover, 19cm high and smaller, (some s/d), (6)The cup has two hairline cracks from the rim down and a chip on the rim. The larger teapot has a crack around the bottom of the handle, the mid-size one has a crack around the base of the spout which has been repaired at some point in its life and the smallest one has chips all around the rim of the lid. All others are in good order.

Late 18th Century Chinese armorial porcelain teapot, of cylindrical form with bifurcated and sprigged handle; together with a pair of Famille Rose beakers, painted with court figures, floral sprays and panels of characters, 14cm overall and smallerThe teapot has gilt wear mainly on the top and rim. The handle has been repaired to a poor standard as resin is clearly visible and not smooth. One of the cups has a hairline crack on one side from rim to rim the other is in good order.

Lot 259

Collection of Asian art, to include a Japanese Imari jar and cover, 32cm high, two stands, Chinese Yixing teapot, assorted tea bowls, etc.- The larger ginger jar has been repaired to a good standard though you can still see the cracks. The small triangled rim cup has a hairline crack as does the cup sat on the saucer. The lacquer box has a piece of decoration missing. All the others are in good order though would benefit from a clean.
