A Group of Eleven Chinese Famille Rose Export Porcelain Teawares, Yongzheng (1723-1735), comprising squat teapot and cover (12cm high), sparrow beak cream jug, tea canister (lacking lid), two tea bowls, two saucers, a larger saucer, an hexagonal teapot stand (12cm wide), a saucer dish (21cm diameter) and a sugar basin, each piece (except the sugar basin) enamelled with cockerels amongst peonies within pink trellis bands With ink written note on Holywath, Coniston, Lancashire paper Cock china 11 pieces (famille rose) left to my mother Mrs Margaret Barratt by her mother Mrs Emily Petherick, to whom it was left by his sister-in-law Miss Anna Petherick of 3 Elin Terrace, St Austell.
