Lot 1618
A 19th century Sèvres style part dinner service to include dinner plates, cups & saucers, milk jug, teapot, egg cups and other items, all decorated with sprays of flowers. Provenance: Property of the Earl of Clarendon.Condition Report25cm plates. One plate rivet has been repaired and one has a chipped rim. Four have had the gilt rubbed around the rims and four are in good condition. The jug measures out to be 15cms high and has no factory mark but is in good condition. The dish and cover has had the gilt decoration rubbed but has no chips or cracks. The bowl is 19cms diameter and has old rivet repairs. There are 14 22cms plates. One has an old rivet repair, others just have rubbing to gilt decoration. The teapot has some staining inside, slop bowl and cover has a large crack which has been repaired. Other items have general wear and rubbing to gilt decoration etc.

An Art Deco novelty teapot in the form of a car, registration no. 820236, 22cms long.Condition ReportOKT42, crazing to the glaze, lustre has rubbed on one wheel hub and on the coachline on the handle, Small crack to the top of the spout and the central coach line has rubbed away, some staining to the inside, base impressed 'Made in England' with registration mark.

A 19th century Chinese famille rose teapot decorated with a deer, a red capped crane and flowering foliage, with peach finial, silver handles with impressed mark and a silver and enamel spout cover, 12cms high.Condition ReportThere is a chip to the inside rim of the cover and some wear to the gilded decoration. Another chip on the silver enamelled handle lugs and spout cover but there are no other chips or cracks.

A Chinese Yixing pottery teapot with foliate enamel decoration, four character mark to the underside, 12cms high; together with a Chinese Yixing pottery teapot decorated with prunus, four character seal mark to the underside (2).Condition ReportThe enamel teapot to this lot is in very good condition with no damage or repair; the teapot decorated with prunus has multiple chips to the inside rim of the cover and many smaller chips to the top rim of the cover, losses to the applied prunus overall but no cracks or repairs to the body.
