Lot 881

A quantity of Royal Worcester Scottie Wilson designed dinner and teaware comprising four dinner plates, four bowls, preserve pot and cover, three piece cruet set and stand, four cups and saucers, two small circular dishes, a teapot, a coffee pot, and three further cups. CONDITION REPORT: Dinner plates: one has a 12cm stained crack running at the top portion of the plate, another has a 1 x 0.5cm chip to the back of the rim, another has a 1 x 0.4cm chip to the back of the rim. Four bowls: in good order. Preserve pot and cover: a tiny area of staining to the rim, otherwise OK. Four cups & saucers: saucers good, three cups good, one with 2.5cm fine hairline, and a 1cm fine hairline. Cruet stand: some very minor staining to the pepper, a crack running right through the body of the salt, otherwise OK. Two small circular dishes: OK. Three further cups: OK. Teapot: lid has a crack running through it, also some brown staining, there is a very thin glaze chip 4 x 3mm to the spout, a very thin 8 x 3mm chip to the base, some very light signs of brown staining to the base. Coffee pot: OK. Overall all pieces show signs of some use with tiny paint flecks and some surface scratches.

CONDITION REPORT: Mostly 1st quality. Minor wear commensurate with slight use. Generally good.

A quantity of Royal Albert "Country Roses" tea ware and other ceramics including teapot, jug and bowl, sandwich plate, six tea plates, six cups and saucers, a two piece cruet, a clock, vases, egg cups, lidded pots, and other small dishes, and a boxed set of table mats etc. CONDITION REPORT: The roses in the rose bowl and trinket dish have some nicks to the petals. otherwise appears good with no further obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration. No damage to the gilding on the rim.

Lot 975

Five pieces of Doulton stoneware comprising a pair of juglets with loop handles, height 9cm, a pair of squat vases, height 9cm (one af) and a teapot. CONDITION REPORT: Repair to base of one jug, tiny chip to other one of the pair. Stick good. Repair to spout of teapot. Beaker good. Larger pair of vases - bottom of one reglued, other one is fine. Smaller vases - one badly damaged at top of neck, other one is fine. No seconds.

A Royal Crown Derby Imari decorated miniature tea service for one comprising an oval tray, a teapot and lid, a cup and saucer, a jug, and a bowl, length of tray 19.75cm, boxed. CONDITION REPORT: Appears good with no obvious signs of faults, damage or restoration.

Lot 724

Five pieces of Royal Crown Derby comprising an oval platter, 2451 (restored), a 19th century oval teapot stand (af), a twin handled sucrier and cover (af), a small sparrow beak jug (af) and a further jug, 383 (5). CONDITION REPORT: The tray has been broken and restored, the teapot stand has a 1cm x 3mm chip to the rim, a small firing floor, surface scratches and wear to gilding. The sucrier has had one handle broken off, staple repaired, crudely glued and this is not a good repair, also a crack running through it and rubbing to gilding. The sparrow beak jug has got four cracks and a small chips. Other jug is OK.

Lot 771

A late 19th century/early 20th century Belleek Tea For Two, comprising a teapot, small milk jug, sugar bowl and spoon, and two cups and saucers, in impressed basket work pattern overpainted with shamrocks, the pieces stamped to base with the Belleek second black mark "1891-1926", length of teapot 20cm. CONDITION REPORT: The set is generally in good condition with very minor surface abrasion to the hand painted shamrocks, there is a star shaped firing crack to the underneath of one of the saucers, barely visible from above, and a small firing crack to the throat of the jug.
