Worcester tureen and cover with distinctive swan feet and a Cockpit Hill porcelain blue and white plate printed with the Pinecone pattern/Provenance: from the Henry Sandon Study Collection CONDITION REPORT: New Hall teapot and cover- chipping to tip of spout, small chip to the upper handle terminal and associated hairline crack, base with faint stained hairline cracks, the cover with extensive black sanding to glaze, small footrim chip. Slight flaking to enamels. Factory X cream jug with hairline cracks issuing either side of a central hole to base, travelling up foot towards socle. The Derby teapot, cover and stand: the teapot with stained glaze crack to spout, slight rubbing to gilding and wear to enamels, typical glaze crazing overall. The Ridgway jardiniere and stand with chip to aperture at base of jardiniere and associated hairline cracks, two areas of restored chipping to the stand with old retouching/regilding, wear to gilding overall. Three rare novelty teapots, comprising a Foley Intarsio Ware teapot and cover, circa 1910, in the shape of Lord Salisbury, the politician in a green suit, 11cm high, a Minton teapot in the form of a Japanese actor holding an oversized mask, enamelled decoration, 14cm, unmarked, and a Doulton 'Self Pouring teapot' with printed decoration, 19.5cm/Provenance: from the Henry Sandon Study Collection CONDITION REPORT: The Minton Japanese actor teapot and cover - chipped to underside edge of face and with associated hairline crack, with a further crack to rim. Overpainted chip to top knot. Hairline crack to rim of teapot, flaking and retouching to the black enamel on handle and spout. The Foley teapot with two hairline cracks to rim, chip to rim of cover. The teapot with some staining and glaze crazing to the upper rim and neck, the knop is sitting at an angle and has probably had some damage.
