A mid Victorian silver teapot, and matching milk jug, of baluster form, embossed with flowers and scrolling foliage and having floral finial, presentation inscription, by Roberts & Slater, Sheffield 1854 and 1856, teapot 24cm high (handle detached), 36.5oz overall. (2)Teapot has handle detached and ivory insulators removed. slight dent to the foot rim, and some minor dents/knocks and scratches. Marks are clear. Inscription reads "Presented to Rev John O'Regan by his Parishioners and Friends Finglas 1858".

Some crazing and a large chip on the neck rim which has been glued roughly in place. Some missing yellow glaze on the lambs head (may have happened during firing).
