An early English teapot decorated in the Chinese style with a family in a garden setting chasing a butterfly, together with an oriental teapot of carp swimming in a rough sea with one of the carp acting as the spout, a six character inscription to the base A chip missing to face of fish on front of teapot and two chips to top of teapot
Steve Woodhead (British, 1956) a teapot and cover together with a similar jug in orange, red and blue glazes, potters seal impressed to the teapot, tallest 21cm high Steve Woodhead trained as a biologist before moving into ceramics. Setting up his studio in 1987, he worked primarily in reduced stoneware making individual pieces based on both traditional and flamboyant forms.
Ruthanne Tudball (American, 1948) a teapot and cover in green, blue and black, potters' seal mark, 14cm high Ruthanne Tudball is a self-taught ceramicist with later training at Goldsmiths' College. With work in once-fired stoneware or porcelain, the decoration is in slip and sodium vapour glazes with bicarbonate of soda. Tudball has lectured throughout both North America and Europe and has work in private collections all over the world.

SHELLEY 'TREES AND SUNSET' PATTERN TEASET, comprising six cups, six saucers, teapot, milk and sugar bowl, pattern number 11479 (15 pieces)condition: all pieces are in house clearance condition, with thick dust and also some with remnants of drink stains inside and out, however the coffee pot and cover appear to be free from any damage, the sugar bowl is flithy but appears free from damage, the milk/cream jug is also flithy but has a couple of small stains that haven't rubbed off when wetted, all six saucers are free from cracks and restoration, most are filthy and sveral have very tiny glaze scuffs around the rim, all six cups are filthy, one has a stained crack in the base, others having stains that may not wash out, some remain after being wetted and rubbed
