(13) CONDITION REPORT: Teapot - craquelure to lid rim, one small crack and craquelure all over body. All cups fine crackled and dark cream colour, three good, one has hairline. Gilding rubbed and scratched overall. Five saucers good. Milk jug lid in pieces and repaired, base stained underneath foot. One dish, chip to rim, fine crack to base ? brown stained, one saucer in ½ and repaired.

Tiny chip to lide inside rim, surface crack, semi-circular to rim of teapot with small frit to scroll on handle, dark water mark(spot) on foot (base) Sugar bowl - cracked (5cm) craquelure all over. Slop bowl - glaze chipped around the rim. interior glaze scraped Tea bowl - cracked and repaired. Saucer has a hardened paste to underside. Overall - gilding worn.
A Chinese early 20th Century export Tackhing of Hong Kong three piece silver tea service Comprising teapot, lidded sucrier and milk jug, all of facetted square section, raising from a tapered square base, engraved with alternating panels with bamboo and spot hammered design, together with a pair of silver sugar tongs with similar design, stamped 'Tackhing, 90% silver, made in H.K.', teapot with later presentation engraving to the cover, dated 1952, teapot 12.5cm high, sucrier 11cm high, milk jug 9.5cm high. (4) CONDITION REPORT: Minor scratching to the exterior of the teapot. Cracks to the ivory/bone inserts in the handle.
