A Herend part tea/coffee service comprising coffee pot with bird amongst blossom decoration 21.5 cm high, bullet shaped tea pot similarly decorated 14 cm high, eight cups, nine saucers and five side plates and egg shaped pepper or salt CONDITION REPORTS Teapot - flower finial with chips. Three cups with cracks - see images for detail. Remainder appears to be in good order though with some surface wear and tear to the gilding conducive with age and use. A George III silver teapot with wooden handle, engraved floral decoration and initialled cartouche (maker's mark indistinct, London 1792) together with an associated stand (by Joseph Scammell, London 1791) total weight 17 oz CONDITION REPORTS The finial is darkened but rubbed to the extremities. The handle with crack right through to the top and further cracks at the base. The lid has a slight smile i.e. does not sit flush with the top having been slightly bent. The spout with dent on the end. The base near the hallmarks has three parallel grooves / dents and further denting and scratching conducive with age and use which is also apparent throughout. The stand appears basically sound though with again groove marks to the base and further scratch marks conducive with age and use, apparent throughout the main surface. An old paper label with indistinct handwritten inscription in pen. See images for further detail.

One of the other cups with a hair line crack. Teapot with a hair line crack to spout and a few small nicks to spout. Some rubbing to the building on several pieces. Overall appearance ok.
SEVRES; a late 19th century porcelain tea for one set comprising shaped tray, teapot, sucrier and cover, jug and cup and saucer, all painted with pink roses amongst green leaves, each piece with painted marks to the base, the tray width approx 23cm, height of teapot 11.5cm.Additional InformationThe sucrier bowl has a chip spurning a 2cm hairline crack, the raised leaves are chipped to the sucrier cover, similarly chipped and restored to the teapot cover, otherwise minor rubbing to the gilding.
