An Edwardian four-piece silver teaset by Atkin Brothers, Sheffield, 1909, the hot water jug 1906, squat circular on hoof feet with shaped moulded rims, engraved with crest of lion's head erased and collared below motto scroll "Fortitudine" for Barr, wt. 1509 gm.hot water jug lacks finial and has three bruises to lower body, teapot has couple of dings to side, has crack to finial and has lost pins that secure handle.

A Victorian Scottish silver three-piece teaset by Walker Crichton, Edinburgh, 1844, octagonal on conforming bases, engraved with scrolling foliage and flowers between flutes and incorporating vacant cartouches, gilt interiors to milk jug and sugar bowl, teapot with ivory insulators, 23 cm. high, wt. 1709 gm.Good condition, no bruises, cartouches are solid and appear never to have been engraved, no crests or initials.
