The slope has a pierced brass-work lock escutcheon and encloses a very nicely fitted interior with multiple drawers, pigeon-holes and a central cupboard, whilst below are four long drawers having brass swan-neck handles the whole raised on ogee bracket feet and with a pediment having a dentil frieze. 50'' wide x 24'' deep x 94'' high.
