A George IV mahogany Secretaire bookcase, the upper part with moulded and dentil overhanging cornice, fitted three adjustable shelves enclosed by a pair of "Thirteen Pane" astragal glazed doors, the Secretaire drawer enclosing pigeon-holes, central cupboard and six small drawers, three long drawers under above shaped apron, on bracket feet, 42.5ins wide x 20ins deep x 91ins high.

A late 18th Century oak and mahogany "North Country" longcase clock by Richardson of Weverham, the 13ins polished brass square dial with wide chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and calendar dial to dial centre to the eight day two train movement striking on a bell, contained in case with moulded scroll pediment and blind fret frieze, and turned and fluted columns to hood, the shaped trunk door crossbanded in mahogany and flanked by fluted quarter columns, conforming plinth, on ogee bracket feet, 90ins high.
