A collection of ten scent bottles including a London 1903 maker obscured, with prismatic cut stopper above a silver collar and square section baluster body on integral bracket feet, together with seven other eight silver mounted perfume bottles and one gilt base metal mounted example.Qty: 10Private estateThe double ended scent bottle has numerous chips and nibbles to the glass body, one end is spring loaded, but has damage around the rim. The base metal enamelled scent bottle has several small chips and nibbles to the glass and the stopper is chipped at the base. The enamel is in good order with no damage , although there are superficial surface scratches. The silver and enamel scent bottle is in good order and the enamel is undamaged, however the bottle is lacking a stopper. The glass is in good condition, but there is a small dent to the silver collar. The squat cut glass bottle with the engine-turned cover has a large double crease to the cover and a large chip to the main part of the bottle. The remaining four bottles all have dings and dents to the covers and collars, the glass is the bottles is OK but both stoppers have nibbles.
A George III satinwood and parquetry inlaid two-section tea caddy with a large sand-shaded fan burst motif to the moulded top, opening to reveal a fitted interior with a false bottom containing a note of provenance giving a date of origin of 1816, 25 cm long x 15.5 cm deep x 16 cm overall height.
