Dial width 7”. Appears all original. Dial good but with some light surface scratches. Shrinkage split to moulding beneath dial. Metalwork tarnished. Movement fully working. Some minor losses and scuffs to back, with age wear.

Dial good. Glass to inside of door showing plaster, probably later. Case good. Brass good, probably re-polished at some point. Ebony veneers good with minor age wear only. Provenance - private sale due to downsizing, purchased from Sotheby's approx. 20 years ago for £5000 hammer.

In running order. With winding key. Finials and feet probably replacement. Metal mounts all with restored appearance. Movement with two unexplained holes to backplate. Bell probably replacement. Case good with light age wear.

Upper left drawer to top with creases and splits to veneers. Handles appear period but one is old replacement. Colour good. Second bottom drawer to top with flaws upper right corner. Both sides of cornice replacement and newly polished over.
