A Charming Walnut Chest of Drawers of Diminutive Proportions. The top measuring 23½ ins x 12½ ins (60 cms x 32 cms) with a carved inset edge above veneered side strips. The two short & three long graduated drawers divided by half-round applied mouldings. The burr walnut drawer fronts having circular drop handles embellished with punch work, each bordered by a rectangle of feather-banding accentuating the central panels bearing the keyholes. The moulded base standing on bracket feet 22 ¾ ins (58 cms) high.
A Fine Queen Anne Walnut Toilet Mirror of good colour & patination. The bevel edged mirror bordered by moulded cross-banding with inverted upper corners, supported by two uprights with ball knop finials. The veneered base having a scooped front housing two short drawers with turned knop handles and one long central drawer with brass lock plate; divided by cock-beaded borders. Standing 22½ ins (57 cms) high on bracket feet. 16 ins (41 cms) wide, 7½ (19 cms) deep.
