Early 19th century mahogany and brass inlaid "Egyptian Revival" bracket clock, Webster - Cornhill, London, the case with ogee moulded and radiating fluted pediment with cast pineapple finial to a tapering and brass inlaid mask with horizontal and ebonised ribbed corners with ring handles over pierced brass sound frets to a plinth base and raised on ball brass feet to a cast bezel enclosing a 19 1/2cms (7 3/4 ins) signed and painted Roman dial with outside minute track and blued steel moon hands (case with losses and damage throughout) to a twin fusee movement with shouldered plates united by five knopped pillars and with anchor escapement and strike on a bell and with side mounted pull repeat, height 49cms
