The desk top section having a sloped fall front on side loper supports enclosing a fitted interior of arcaded pigeon holes & stepped drawers flanking a central stationary well with sliding lid. The chest base with an edge moulded top above two short & two long drawers edged in moulding and standing on bracket feet, 36 ins (91 cms) wide, 21½ ins (54.4 cms) deep and 41 ins (104 cms) in height.
A Handsome George III Oak & Mahogany Cross-banded Tallboy. The upper section having a dentil moulded top above a blind fret-carved frieze, two short over three long graduated drawers with cock-beaded edges and mahogany cross-banding. The base section with three further long drawers raised on bracket feet, 38 ins (97 cms) wide, 21 ins (53 cms) deep and 67¼ ins (171 cms) in height.
An Early 18th Century Joined Oak Cupboard in two sections. The upper section having a moulded cornice above two cupboard doors; each door divided into three panels; two with geometric mouldings sandwiching a ventilated central panel fretted with linked C-scrolls and backed in fabric; the framework embellished in ovolu bosses and split spindle appliqués. The base section with two geometric moulded frieze drawers and doors raised on bracket feet, 40½ ins (103 cms) wide, 16½ ins (42 cms) deep and 73½ ins (186 cms) high.
A Fine Early 18th Century Welsh Bureau Bookcase. The upper section surmounted by a swan neck pediment with carved rosette terminals centred by a large acorn finial. The shaped arch-topped fielded panel doors opening to reveal star-burst marquetry to the inner sides, and adjustable shelves sliding into slide groove with pigeon holes to the top beneath a fretted canopy and four short drawers to the bottom. The fall front bureau with book-rest opening to reveal a fitted interior with recessed well, pigeon holes & stepped drawers concealing secret compartments. The front having three graduated drawers standing on bracket feet 80 ins (203 cms) high, 33 ins (84 cms) wide and 20½ ins (52 cms) deep.
