A 19th Century mahogany linen press, the top converted to a hanging space CONDITION REPORTS Large loss to the pediment and some smaller chips, scratches and some loss to the dentil cornicing. Brushing slide needs attention on the runners. One handle is missing. One bracket foot missing, some losses to the veneer throughout. Various general signs of wear and tear, moulding to the right hand side missing. Various scratches, scuffs, marks, chips. losses etc throughout. General signs of wear and tear. A late Regency mahogany secrétaire bookcase, the upper section with beaded and moulded cornice above two glazed and ebony strung doors, enclosing adjustable shelving over a fitted secrétaire drawer and two cupboard doors enclosing a single drawer and shelving, raised on bracket feet CONDITION REPORTS Has various cracks to the veneer, surface scratches, etc. Some of the beading has been lost and is coming away in parts. Has had some repairs / patching. One of the brass handles is missing and the escutcheon for it is loose. Two of the drawers appear to have replacement fronts. The other brass handle is sticking out at a strange angle. The two bottom drawers are bowed. General wear and tear conducive with age and use to include bumps and knocks, surface scratching, etc. See images for further details. Approx 226 cm high x 107 cm wide x 43 cm deep.

The silvered chapter ring with arabic and roman numerals, the base with canted marquetry inlaid corners, arched shell marquetry inlaid cupboard door, on a marquetry inlaid plinth base and bracket feet. 93 by 19¼ins.
