However, the formica section to the base may be more difficult (see image). Various small faults throughout as photographed including the dentil cornice, moulding on the central cupboard doors, and a split on the right-hand cupboard door. Small faults to the cock beading. Later mirror plate. No key. Cupboard and drawers open.

Drawers are open but no key. Some general scuffs consistent with age. Various small losses to the crossbanding, mainly around the front and cupboard doors. Small fault on the right hand side. Interior is fitted with sliding trays. Small gap to section of doors.
A George III Mahogany Linen Press, circa 1800, the dentil cornice above moulded cupboard doors enclosing converted hanging space, the base of two short over two long drawers, on splayed bracket feet, 122cm by 55cm by 206cmGood quality timber. Moulded cupboard doors are slightly misshapen, mainly to the right-hand side if being critical. Fine split on right-hand cupboard door which has been partly filled and polished. The veneers to the drawer fronts are starting to lift slightly. Right-hand side panels with patch repairs to the timber and above the right-rear leg. Left-hand side with further scratches and some small patch repairs again. The interior trays have been removed and brass pole added. Splits are visible to the interior of the doors, but are not on the opposing side.

However, the moulded cupboard doors have some fine splits. Veneers lifting slightly (see image). Brasses seem original. Interior trays have been removed and a brass pole added. Moulding around the middle section damaged/missing. Section of the bracket foot to the front-right is detached, this needs re-gluing.
