A 19th Century mahogany linen press, the moulded cornice above two panelled doors enclosing five linen shelves on a base of two short over two long drawers on bracket feet 131 cm wide x 57.5 cm deep x 203 cm high CONDITION REPORTS No key or lock present so doors come open. Doors appear to align but there is a gap between them and appears to be a later added small applied piece of wood. Large marks across both doors variously. Backboards appear original. Runners look as though they have received some later treatment/tlc. One of the drawers in the upper section is slightly warped. Door panels slightly warped. Watermarks throughout, wood is faded, signs of mildew and there is a split to the first long drawer. Splits to both sides of the base. General wear and tear to include knocks, bumps, scratches etc conducive with age and use - see images for more details

Areas of veneer missing throughout. Replacement handles. Patched variously. There is a large section missing from the front of the second drawer right hand side. Signs of old worm. Feet appear to be replacements. Several large splits to the right hand side and large area of patching to the left. Three drawer liners are split. A Georgian style oak and mahogany cross banded dresser, the outswept pediment and dental moulding, above a carved frieze and two central plate racks, flanked by a pair of carved panel doors, over five short drawers, the base with two drawers over a pair of carved panel doors, flanking four central drawers, raised on bracket feet, 222cm high, 188cm wide, 54.5cm deep.
An early 19thC flame mahogany and boxwood inlaid longcase clock, the moon phase arched dial painted with cottages, windmill and castle, bearing Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, with eight day four pillar movement with coil strike, the hood with swan neck pediment and raised on turned columns, the case with shaped trunk door flanked by turned columns, raised on bracket feet, 227cm high, with key and pendulum.

A 1930s Art Deco walnut veneered display cabinet, the circular section with partial glazed doors with wavy astragal trim, enclosing two shelves and material-lined back, with central column and outswept shoulders to the body, on shaped bracket base, height approx 126cm, width across shoulders 133cm, internal depth approx 30cm.
A large and impressive gold plated swan form bathroom set, to include a bath spout in the form of a swan's head and wings, height approx 30cm, width approx 25cm, a pair of similar gold plated swan basin taps, a two-swan bracket toilet roll holder and a gold plated swan towel rail with large hoop and miscellaneous fittings and fixtures. CONDITION REPORT In reasonable condition. They have been used, but there are no obvious faults to the finish of the plating, but there may be some areas of plate loss or wear. To our knowledge, all fittings should be present, but some fittings may need to be replaced.
