A Victorian silver twin handled sugar basin and cream jug Samuel Hayne & Dudley Cater, London 1848, of squat lobed melon form, with alternate repousse decorated floral sprays, vacant cartouches between, elaborate leaf topped handles and raised on scrolling bracket feet, parcel gilt interior, the jug standing 6½in. (16.5cm.) high, gross weight 20.5 tr.oz. (2) *Condition: In good condition, having very light surface wear.
A Chinese porcelain blue and white octagonal jardinière or planter probably early 20th century, the exterior painted with shaped reserves of alternate flowers in gardens and lake landscapes, on a diaper ground, the flat, outset rim similarly decorated with lake landscapes and precious objects, standing on eight ruyi bracket feet, the unglazed base incised with radial lines, 15in. (38cm.) diameter, 8¾in. (22.2cm.) high. *Condition: Some glaze scratching to inner rim, small glaze chip to one corner of outer rim, a few small glaze chips to feet. No other faults.
A matched pair of Chinese blue and white porcelain rectangular jardinieres or planters 18th / 19th century, shallow with flared rims and short shaped bracket feet, painted with peonies, prunus, chrysanthemums and lotus flowers beneath a diaper rim, 8 3/8 x 5 1/8in. (21.25 x 13cm.), 2 5/8in. (6.7cm.) high. (2) *Condition: One with a glaze chip to one corner of rim and glaze flaw to inner rim. The other with heavier glaze chipping to rim and small chip to one corner. No other faults.
A Chinese carved camphorwood chest early 20th century, the front and top carved in high relief with battle scenes, the sides carved with a scholar beneath an arch in a garden, all within carved faux-bamboo borders, with brass scalloped lock plate, raised on incised stepped bracket feet, 41 x 20¼in. (104 x 51.5cm.), 23¾in. (60.5cm.) high.
A 19th century French burr amboyna cave a liqueur the serpentine shaped tantalus with burr rosewood boulle style inlay, having string banding highlighted with mother of pearl, hinged lid with centralised shaped ornate vacant cartouche, lifting with hinged swing back front and fold back sides to reveal a removable ornate wooden tiered tray with gilt metal handle, containing four floral and foliate etched glass decanters with faceted balloon form stoppers, having eight of the original twelve cordial glasses, others matched, raised on four shaped bracket feet, 12 3/8 x 9¼in. (31.4 x 23.5cm.), 10½in. (26.7cm.) high. *Condition: The box, having tiny piece of veneer missing to front bottom edge, small amount of scratches and veneer loss to back, lid string banding with four tiny pieces of mother of pearl missing and one tiny brass roundel to cartouche missing, central scratch and rubbing, string banding to front with three pieces of mother of pearl missing, side panels with tiny spots of veneer filling, replaced/matched key, working but a bit tricky, overall very good display piece (you have to look close for faults), eight original glasses others of the same period or later, one stopper snaped/broken but present, one stopper with fracture to base, overall a very good piece.
An early 18th century walnut veneered double dome bureau bookcase with mirrored doors enclosing a fitted interior with central cupboard and two banks of three drawers with pigeon holes to the sides and above, the fall with two candle-slides above, has broad cross-banding and a central inset circular porcelain plaque with a painted armorial, believed to be the arms of the Earl of Rochford, enclosing a stepped fitted interior with central cupboard flanked by concave drawers with pigeon holes, hidden drawers above and a concealed well slide, over three long and two short drawers with replacement brass handles, on later shaped bracket feet, 43½ x 22¾in. (110.5 x 57.75cm.), 87in. (221cm.) high, alterations.
A George III mahogany tall straight front chest of seven graduated, oak lined drawers, the top with boxwood stringing to the edge, over two short and five long graduated drawers with original oval brass handles, standing on slightly shaped bracket feet, 42 x 19¾in. (106.75 x 50.25cm.), 59in. (142.25cm.) high.
A William IV rosewood and marble console table the inset white and grey marble top with bevelled edge, over a reel and rope twist bordered frieze, with central brass inlaid tablet, raised on two swept bracket supports carved with stiff leaves, berries, rosettes and scrolls, the rear stile supports with scroll brackets, to plinth bases with foliate borders, 44¼ x 20¼in. (112.5 x 51cm.), 29½in. (75cm.) high.
A fine late 17th century walnut veneered longcase clock by Daniel Le Count of London the movement with anchor escapement, five ringed pillars and outside countwheel strike on a bell above the plates, fronted by a matt brass dial with cherub-and-crown spandrels, a silvered Roman chapter ring with Arabic outer five minute track, ringed winding holes and foliate decorated ringed date aperture at VI, subsidiary seconds dial at XII, the hood with flared moulded cornice, painted floral frieze and gilt wood capped columns, the narrow trunk with shaped panels of inlay and feather banding to the door and central bull's eye glass lenticle, over a plain plinth with shaped apron and bracket feet, 21¼ x 11¼in. (54 x 28.5cm.), 88in. (224.8cm.) high.
A mid-19th century Boulle clock bracket of deep serpentine form, with concave insets to the scroll edged sides, all with engraved brass floral inlay and foliate ormolu mounts, 13in. (33cm.) wide, 8½in. (21.25cm.) high, some losses. *Condition: A few losses to lower centre brass inlay and tiny chip to tortoiseshell in same area. Two small losses to right hand side. Brass edge strip lifting to right hand side scroll. One complete foliate rosette missing from beneath the right hand side of the top and the brass oval edging to this and the oval to the opposing side are later replacements.
A late Victorian eight day longcase clock the eight day movement striking the hours on a gong, fronted by an arched brass dial with silvered Roman chapter ring, shell spandrels and sunburst mask and dolphin spandrels to the arch, the case with broken arch hood on fluted columns with brass Corinthian capitals, over a serpentine door to the trunk and panelled base, on bracket feet with wavy apron, 88in. (223.5cm.) high.

A late Victorian oak smoker's cabinet, the bevelled top over-hanging a bevelled glazed panelled door, inset with a silver-plated presentation plaque, 'To Mr. Geo. E. Webb, a souvenir at parting from employees at Mr. J.F. Gammon's, Oct 1894, set internally with a raised platform shelf accommodating an ironstone caddy, above three drawers with cast brass handles, raised on a bracket base, 44 cm high, 26.5 x 20 cm, together with a Mason's ironstone wash bowl, jug, soap dish etc.
A late 19th century continental carved oak hall cupboard in the Flemish style, the overhanging bevelled top with a shallow carved border above a scrolling carved frieze, above a pair of heavily carved panelled doors, decorated with stylised motifs populated centrally with high relief carved figural busts before griffins, flanked by heavily carved sides, raised on a further carved base and bracket supports, 98 cm high, 115 cm wide, 56 cm deep.

A West Lancashire three leg pine lambing chair, late 18th century with shaped, wing and panelled back, shaped arms, lower drawer having geometric gilt brass handle, width 61.5cm, depth 59.5cm & height 117cm. Condition - generally good and appears to be retaining many/if not most of original construction/features, loss to stain/finish, appears to have been re-stained in brown with possibly original white/grey stain visible in parts, back panel split, old worm holes to arms, rear leg and others dotted around, none are live nor do they effect the integrity of the structure, as far as repairs are concerned i'm not sure if the straps across the back are original or slightly later, there's a later metal bracket on rear leg otherwise no further indication of repair, minor wear to feet and plenty of length in front legs (to frieze 19.5cm), drawer missing lock but handle appears original, general wear including rounding to edges (particularly to seat front), various chips, splits (none severe), a little play in back panel and a tiny amount of play in rear leg.
