Silk to the sides worn, dirty and a little loose. No key. The movement has not been inspected and the glass door at the front not opened. Width at base: 26 cm; Depth at base: 17.3 cm ; Height excluding pagoda surmount 36cm; Pagoda surmount without finial 8cm high (total height from the side to the top not from the centre); finial 5cm highWe cannot guarantee the working order of this lot or that it keeps good time. Mahogany longcase clock, the hood with swan neck pediment, brass finials, fluted columns, the trunk with long door flanked by quarter columns, bracket feet, 12" arched painted dial signed Thomas Scott, Gainsborough, eight day movement striking on a bell, 228cm.Condition report:weights and pendulum are present although the pendulum is in sections, with the suspension piece broken (the broken piece is present). The cradle that houses the pendulum has a very crude repair (see images). The rest of the movement appears in place but would benefit a service. Some flaking to the dial.

Victorian mahogany Canterbury, four open divisions, one frieze drawers, raised on brass casters, width 61cm, depth 40cm, height 52cm.Condition report:The three central dividers have been broken and historically repaired (one with a metal plaque serving as a reinforcement bracket). As it is, it is functional and sturdy. Some random patches of veneer loss to the base. The overall finish is very dry and would benefit from a clean and a polish.

George III inlaid mahogany toilet mirror, oval plate, parquetry stringing, serpentine platform base, fitted with three drawers, ogee bracket feet, width 46cm, height 62cm.Condition report:The majority of the veneer remains, but is loose, however there are still sections missing, including approximately 6cm of parquetry stringing (see extra image of loose veneer in place). The veneer surround to the mirror elsewjere looks delicate and with old patches of repair. The plate is heavily speckled. Some movement in the upright mirror supports and they hold the plate a little loosely. The top surface has quite heavy colour bleaching and various old spot stains and marks. Various missing lengths of the outline. Drawers are ok. The two stud pulls are bone, not ivory. Feet with old repairs.
