A miniature walnut chest on chest, 19th Century and later, the top with moulded edge, above four drawers flanked by chamfered angles, on bracket feet, 30cm wide x 20cm deep x 39cm highGenerally good condition overall, with predictable surface wear consistent with age and use, including small surface scratches to the entirety of the item. Long vertical split to the rear of the chest (either a repair or part of the original design), with some splits on either side of the chest on chest, potentially indicating repair work (please see condition report image for an example). There are also smaller, circular surface abrasions to the reverse (as photographed).

There is age-related marks/cracks to the wood. Further age-related marks, stains and fading to the wood all over. There are pieces of ebonised beading lacking to drawer facades through age also. George III mahogany secretaire bookcase, moulded cornice, lancet glazed doors enclosing three adjustable shelves, the base with a secretaire drawer over three long graduating drawers, brass handles, splayed bracket feet, width 102cm, depth 56cm, height 222cm.Condition report:Some splitting to the veneer of the cornice and there is a length of moulding missing to the left hand side of the cornice. The top left hand pane of the righthand bookcase door is cracked. The top of the secretaire is heavily marked and water stained. The lower left hand panel of the secretaire is split and has some scratches. Splits also to the right-hand side of the drawer fascias between the second and third drawers. The interior of the fitted drawer is relatively tidy, some of the inner drawer pulls are replaced and one is loose. The other drawers are sound but run dry.
Small painted pine cupboard, panelled door enclosing adjustable shelves, bracket feet, width 59cm, depth 38cm, height 132cm.Condition report:There are some splits to the paintwork where the joins of the cabinet underneath meat (cornice outlines, surrounding the panel edging etc). No splits to the wood itself. There are three shelves internally with fully adjustable pegs running the full height. There is a strong odour to the interior - soap or similar. Some staining to the top surface.
