Movement is clean and as we are aware in working order with no visible signs of repair. Dial is good, some minor damage and a hairline crack on edge near No 7. Case is in good condition but dusty, gilding is worn in places on main body and decorative high points. Fixing for bow above dial and swag on front of urn may not be original
Fine 18th / 19th century carved pale jade bi-disc, the circular disc carved in low relief; one face depicting two dragons flanking calligraphic symbols, the obverse finely carved with two immortals, 7.3cm diameter, raised on a ornately carved and pierced hardwood stand, modelled as a blossoming thorn bush on plinth base and bracket feet, total height 15.8cm Provenance: Purchased by the vendor's father in Hong Kong circa 1950s CONDITION REPORT Face with dragons has two areas of flaws or bruises to outer edge at 4 o'clock /10 o'clock. There are twin pierced holes at top and foot possibly for mounting purposes or associated with manufacture, otherwise generally good condition. Base has slight losses to branch work, some repair to splits, colour is good

An 18th Century Oak Longcase Clock with thirty hour movement by Richard Marshall. The 10¼ ins (26 cms) square brass dial with a single steel hand, engraved chapter ring with Roman numerals encircling a calendar aperture and round maker's plaque inscribed 'Rich Marshall 1752'. The case with flat hood surmounted by three turned ball finials, a break-arch topped trunk door and moulded base on bracket feet 83 ins (211 cms) high.
George III oak chest with six drawers, raised on bracket feet, 118cm high. Condition Report 118cm high, 94cm wide and 53cm deep. This is a marriage. The carcase does not match the drawers. There is a large section missing from the rear corner of the top (2in). The square inserts to the front edge of the sides seem incongruous.
