A George III oak and mahogany crossbanded eight day longcase clock, the brass Roman numeral dial signed 'Butler Bolton', with date aperture and subsidiary seconds dial, with broken swans neck pediment and trunk with blind fret detailing and fluted corner pilasters, on later and shortened and later bracket feet, 214cm H CONDITION REPORT: The glass to the hood is cracked. The trunk door is not warped but it does have an old crack. General age wear patina to the surface throughout, some losses and old chips here and there. Small loss to the bottom right corner of the door and a small but poor repair to the bottom edge of the door just to the left of this. Some losses also to the flowers as part of the scroll pediment. The plinth base is later and short in height. The clock is not currently running.
A 19th century and later triple fusee quarter chiming bracket / boardroom clock, with 24cm silvered Roman numeral chapter ring, with pierced corner spandrels, with triple fusee movement striking on eight bells and a coiled gong, in architectural case, 61cm high x 38cm wide (case 20th century, other altered / later elements)

Worn appearance to surface throughout but overall appearance ok.

Handles and escutcheons not original. Later lock to the fall. General age wear losses, scuffs etc throughout. Restored within the last ten years. Overall fair.
A George III mahogany chest on chest, with dentil cornice above two short and three graduated long drawers, over three further graduated drawers, on bracket feet, 176cm H x 113cm W 59cm D CONDITION REPORT: Restored within the last 20 years with later handles and locks - no key. Some restored sections to the moulding, beading, pilasters etc. Even colour and overall appearance ok.
A George III mahogany chest, of two short and three long drawers, on bracket feet, 93cm H x 95cm W x 51cm D CONDITION REPORT: There is a section of moulding lacking to the left hand edge. The handles are not original. The bracket feet appear lighter in colour in the online image than they are in real life but may not be original. General light age wear patina throughout.
A Victorian silver three piece tea service, Charles Reily and George Storer, London 1842, each piece of compressed melon form and with acanthus leaf detail, silver gilt interiors, the teapot with floral finial and cast acanthus handles, raised on scroll bracket feet, teapot 18cm high, gross weight 50.3ozt (3) CONDITION REPORT: Exterior showing some signs of wear commensurate with age. Hallmarks slightly rubbed but still legible. Would need a clean. Gilt interior still good. Milk jug does have a slight wobble when placed on a flat surface. Sugar bowl has two dents to two lobes.
