A George III style mahogany, satinwood banded and inlaid linen press, 19th century with later restoration, the broken swan neck pediment with pierced fret carving and ogee moulding, the frieze inlaid with swags and ribbons and arched moulding, twin panel doors inlaid with large lidded urns, opening to reveal two press slides (three missing), below two short over two long graduating drawers, also with inlaid decoration, oval brass ring handles, raised on outswept bracket feet, 58 by 123 by 225cm high.
1961 Guinness leprechaun, truck ornament. A figure of a leprechaun dressed in a red pointed hat, green coat and red trousers holding a bottle of Guinness Foreign Extra Stout, with code for September 1961, and a gilt harp; with steel bracket for mounting. Rare. Height 19in. (48.3cm) The leprechaun was used by Guinness Exports Ltd (GEL) to advertise stout in the UK and selected overseas markets (mainly the US but also Australia) in the 1950s and 1960s. GEL was set up in Liverpool in the 1950s to bottle and promote sales of Foreign Extra Stout overseas. The leprechaun in question was typically mounted on the roof of sales vans and delivery lorries.

A Georgian design free standing mahogany bookcase, with astragal doors with boxwood and ebonised line inlay, opening to reveal shelves raised on ogee bracket feet, width approximately 46ins, height 90ins Condition report: All feet are as found, was screwed to a wall so not freestanding. Doors are warped. No keys. Frieze below cornice appears to be a different patina to the rest.
