A late 18th century Dutch mahogany cylinder bureau, of bombe form, the fall activated by a pull-out slide revealing a fitted interior of drawers and pigeon holes with two faux book spine secret drawers flanking a tambour shutter, above three graduated drawers fitted later ornate gilt brass handles and escutcheons, on swept bracket feet, 46in (116.6cm) h, 48in (121.7cm) w, 24in (61cm) d. Cracks to sides, some mounts off but present, some locks replaced, old damages and restorations.
A 19th century Viennese enamel and ebonised table cabinet, with gilt metal mounts raised on a bracket foot platform above a drawer to a waisted base, with urn surmounted scroll veloutes and a twin door cabinet containing three short drawers with further drawer above, the sloping top with an urn surmount, all the painted panels depicting mythological scenes, 11in (28cm) h, 9in (23cm) square. Cracks and losses to carcass, minor repairs to some panels.
