A WWII despatch riders BSA M20 restoration project, Khaki green. This BSA restoration project has been in the vendor's possession since the early 1970s. It was last ridden by him in 1974 and was subsequently stolen and recovered by the police in the same year. The BSA would appear complete in all major respects apart from the front mudguard and front light bracket and is offered for auction with a spare dismantled engine. RF60 See illustration

A late Georgian Chest of two short over three long graduated Drawers, the rectangular top having moulded edge, cross banding and boxwood and ebony stringing, the five drawers having Pine linings, ebony strung fronts and brass plate handles and escutcheon. Standing on bracket feet. In need of some restoration, 38 3/4'' wide x 37 3/4'' high x 18'' deep.
A circa 1920 Mahogany Georgian style Bureau with plain top, the cleated fall opening to reveal twelve pigeonholes and central miniature cupboard, with single frieze drawer between the automatic lopers, over an opposing pair of single panel doors, opening to reveal single shelf, standing on bracket feet, 36'' wide x 40 1/2'' high x 19 3/4'' deep.
A circa 1920's Grandmother Clock, having dome topped hood with moulding, the brass face with Roman numerals, cast spandrels and dial type chime/silent selector above the twelve o'clock position with makers' name plate: ''Boodle and Dunthorne, Lord Street, Liverpool''. The two-train eight day movement with polished steel shaft pendulum driven by very heavy brass-encased weights and having Westminster chimes striking the hours and quarter hours on bar gongs. The case having a long door with single oval glazed pane above a lower moulded panel with a shaped apron with bracket feet. 67 3/8'' high x 15" wide 9 1/2'' deep. Complete with winding crank handle.
A superb quality early 19th c. Mahogany bow front Chest of six Drawers, the top having satinwood and rosewood cross-banding with boxwood and ebony stringing, with similar inlay to the frieze. The six drawers having cock beading, wooden knobs and Oak linings, on a shaped apron and swept bracket feet, 44 1/2'' wide x 48'' high x 21 1/2'' deep
A 20th c. Oak Grandfather Clock by "S. Smith & Sons Ltd., Trafalgar Square, London", having dome topped hood with fluted column supports and single pane door, the brass face with cast brass spandrels having polished steel chapter rings with Roman hour numerals, Arabic minute numerals and inset second hand dial below the twelve o'clock position. The three-train eight-day movement with polished steel shaft pendulum driven by surprisingly heavy brass-encased weights and striking the hours and quarter hours on bar gongs, the two inset dial-type selectors to the arch marked respectively "Chime/Silent" & "St. Michael, Westminster & Whittington". The long-door case having Jacobean style moulding and standing on ogee bracket feet. 78" high x 17 3/4'' wide x 12 1/4'' deep. Complete with door keys and winding crank handle.
A good quality reproduction Oak Georgian style T.V. Cabinet by Ellis Furniture of Ipswich, having pair of raised and fielded panel doors, over lower drawer front style fall, fitted with wooden knobs and brass swan neck handles throughout and standing on bracket feet, 46 1/4'' wide x 39'' high x 28 1/4'' deep.
