A 19th century mahogany bracket timepiece, the single pad top with handle above 7inch painted circular dial, pierced lacquered brass fret panels below the dial and to both sides, unsigned chain fusee movement with tapering plates, all on ogee brass feet, with an associated wall bracket 39 x 28cm (15 x 11in) dial and movement slightly loose in case. Dial worn in places and retouched. lacks a small veneer section to the reverse. Untested.

A William and Mary walnut rectangular chest, crossbanded quarter veneered top with moulded edge above two short and three long graduated drawers, pierced brass bat shaped handles, outlined throughout with boxwood stringing, skirted base, bracket feet, 95cm high, 97cm wide, c.1690 Condition Report: This lot is 58cm deep. Signs of wood worm (not live), one missing handle, general scuffs and scratches, loose to veneer, slight tarnishing to the brass handles. A 19th century painted waterfall bookcase/cabinet, three quarter gallery above three graduated shelves, the base with a pair of rectangular panel doors, decorated throughout in the Neo-Classical taste on a pale green ground, outswept bracket feet, 132cm high, 63cm wide Condition Report: yes it is original condition throughout.no re-polishing, over-polishing or touch ups. Yes the painted finish and the art work is original. No repairs, alterations or missing pieces. This lot is sturdy and all joints are good and fine for use. No signs of wood worm, warping, bubbling or weak points. There's is general scuffs, scratches and stains. An early 19th century chinoiserie lacquered tea caddy, pumpkin shape, with lead interior canister and raised on bracket feet. Diameter +/- 19 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The caddy is in generally very good original condition. The gilding particularly to the lid is generally rubbed but the outline of the figures is visible. There is no serious damage to the lacquered finish to the lid. There looks to have been some minor overpainting to the rear lid panel above the hinge. This is particularly visible around the chamfered edge between the frieze and the rear segment. The underside of the lid is in good order. The hinge is slightly loose and does not quite fit the cut out. It is clearly old but probably a later replacement. The main body of the caddy has some rubbing to the gilding but not quite as significantly as the top. The feet appear to be original and in good order. The interior caddy is complete with lid and interior lid. It is generally dented but all present and the lids do fit. The lock is present but we do not have a key. The stalk of the pumpkin is a later replacement.
An early 19th century mahogany longcase clock by J. Spittall of Whitehaven, the case with swans neck pediment with Verre Eglomise above the glazed door enclosing the eight day striking movement, the case with three quarter trunk door and conforming base raised on bracket feet. Height 232 cm (see illustration).
A Chinese low table, with fretwork and reverse painted glass panels, ebonised frame and raised on four shaped legs. Top 102 cm square, height 43 cm (see illustration). CONDITION REPORT: The table should probably have a glass top. This is not present. The glass panels all appear to be in good condition. They are all slightly loose and require re-positioning. The fretwork framing appears to be in the main present. There are a number of small breaks and small losses. There are numerous small repairs also. There do not appear to be any substantial pieces missing however. The table is also a little loose at the joints. There is one corner bracket missing to the left hand rear leg. There are some minor scuffs and scratches to the ebonised finish but other than the missing corner bracket and slightly loose joints the framework is in generally in good condition.
