A Pair of Chinese Export Carved Ivory Small Spill Vases, Canton, circa 1850, of tusk section, each carved in deep flat relief with bracket panels enclosing figures amongst pavilions and trees, on foliate pierced bases, 9.5cm high Vase 1 - possible tiny losses to the carved detail. One small foliate scroll missing on basal foliate foot. Vase 2 - slight stain just off the rim. Tiny drying crack at tip of lobe of one panel. Foliate foot appears good.
