AN EARLY 19TH CENTURY IRISH MAHOGANY PEAT BUCKET of elliptical form, coopered construction, with brass bands, over swing handle and brass liner, 36cm high (at the points)Condition report – Split across the base of the bucket, some movement to handle bracket on one side. Some movement between some of the wooden slats, gaps can see light through, the brass liner is dented also only goes through part way. It is short at the bottom.
