A Victorian majolica two handled mug, decorated a fox and rabbit, and a dog and game bird, 18 cm high (a.f.), two oil paintings, two watercolours, and a print (5) Condition report Report by NG Two handled mug Several cracks running from rim down into body. Another knock to rim causing blister. Crazed and stained. Star crack visible under base. Also crack visible internally, almost circular within base. A couple of small glaze knocks and bumps. Base with Victorian registration lozenge stamp.
ENGLAND GOALKEEPER JERSEY England goalkeeper jersey from 1996, number 1 front and back (David Seaman) , multi coloured and only worn for 3 official games by England, Seaman was number 1 on each occasion. It was used against Bulgaria , Georgia and Germany (Euro 96 Semi-Final), all 3 occasions were in 1996 and it was also used in the unofficial game v Hong Kong Golden Select in May 96 Multi-coloured , predominant colour is red with yellow trimmed collar, green , purple and yellow squares which overlap each other, interjected with England and FA, large navy blue England crest on the left breast with England badge and number 1 in the centre, England embroidered between the badge and number 1 Umbro name above the badge and on the reverse is Number 1 in similar font to the front but larger , in white with navy blue (possibly black) border. Not known in which game the jersey was used but definitely not v Germany. Good
ASTON VILLA SHIRT- GARY SHAW Aston Villa home short sleeve shirt, claret mainly with blue collar, blue edges to short sleeves and blue number 8 on reverse, blue down each side, Mita are the sponsor on the front of the shirt , made by Le Coq Sportif with Aston Villa crest on left breast and Aston Villa FC above Mita on right breast. Collar has had a repair which is not surprising as shirts were not awarded to individuals but to whoever played in that number for each game. Garry Shaw was often number 8 for Villa during the period that this shirt was worn by Villa, (1983-85). Generally good
CREWE - TRANMERE 1919 Crewe Alexandra home programme v Tranmere Rovers, 11/10/1919, FA Cup, clash of the Titans as Crewe were top of the Central League (Crewe first team) and Tranmere (first team) were top of the Lancashire Combination having played 5, won 5 and had scored 26 goals with 1 conceded. Crewe won the game 1-0 and defeated Wrexham in the next round before losing 03-Jan at home to South Liverpool. Crewe joined the Football League in 1921-22 , as did Tranmere, both clubs being founder members of the Third Division North. Prior to joining the Football League, the Crewe first team played in the Central League and the Reserves played in the Cheshire League. This eight page programme has slight wear along folds and minor rusting but no writing and is in generally good condition. Generally good
CREWE - WITTON ALBION 1921 Crewe home programme from their first Football League season although this issue is a Reserves Cheshire League game v Witton Albion 8/10/1921. The Division 3 North League table makes interesting reading as eight of the top nine teams are no longer in the Football League, namely Stockport, Nelson, Durham City, Stalybridge Celtic, Darlington, Southport and Wrexham, the odd one out being Accrington Stanley and it is possibly debatable to say that they are members of the League today as the current Accrington Stanley is a reformed club. This 12 page programme is in generally good condition, no writing and has very slight tears. Generally good
TOTTENHAM ITINERARY 1966 Flight and Hotel itinerary together with pen pictures and photos of the players etc. 16 pages, includes game schedule. Tour was to Bermuda, USA, Canada and Mexico in May and June 1966 and included 3 games v Glasgow Celtic, 2 v Bayern Munchen, 1 v Bologna and 5 v local opposition. Good

ARSENAL 1915 Before signing for Tottenham, Jimmy Chipperfield appeared as a guest player for Arsenal during World War 1, twice finishing as leading scorer. This is a letter on "The Arsenal Football Club" official notepaper , handwritten by Secretary, H.J.Peters and dated 1st September 1915 The letter is requesting him to play against Tottenham the following Saturday. Also included in this Lot are three postcard style photographs believed to be Arsenal from this period, two are the same, one in generally good condition , the other is creased and a little worn but all the players have been named by Chipperfield in ink with a short message to his sister, The pictures show Arsenal lining up before a game. The third photograph is a group of six players in civilian clothes standing on the pitch, pencil note on reverse is very faint but believed to be Arsenal. Letter has a few foxing marks but is generally good. As described

Two "Forza Bologna" official weekly club revista (numbers 30 and 33) dated 10th Feb 1967 and 3rd March 1967 10th Feb issue reviews the first leg in Italy and 3rd March issue previews the second leg at West Brom. No programme produced for this game. Generally good

SHEF WED 50-51 21 Wednesday home programmes, 50-51, a set apart from the League double issue v Chelsea/Man Utd and the Frem friendly. 19 x League and 2 x County Cup v Shef Utd and Doncaster. Despite winning their last game 6-0 v Everton, Wednesday went back down on goal average as Chelsea survived by winning their final game 4-0 v Bolton. Some scores, scorers etc, some folds. Stoke issue has a piece torn off the top of the back cover. Fair-generally good
