An early 19th Century game, paper mounted on linen - "The Royal Game of British Sovereigns Exhibiting the Most Remarkable Events in Each Reign from Egbert to George III", published by J & E Wallis, 42 Skinner Street, London, and J.Wallis Jnr, Marine Library, Sidmouth, with original slipcase, and booklet explaining the game, 20ins x 25.5ins
Fine quality George IV silver four piece tea set, comprising teapot of compressed baluster form, with deep leaf border and finely chased floral, foliate and scroll decoration incorporating game birds and vacant cartouche, silver scroll handle with leaf thumb piece and ivory insulators, stylised pheasant-head spout with face mask and floral decoration, hinged domed cover with floral decoration and flower-head finial, on a shaped circular foot, matching tall coffee pot, sugar and cream jug (London 1824), possibly Edward Barton. All at approximately 97ozs, coffee pot 24.3cm overall height CONDITION REPORT General overall condition very good. Some minor scratching to polished surfaces. No visible signs of major damage, although coffee pot hinge may have been repaired or replaced at some time. Ivory insulators on teapot and coffee pot are cracked. Vacant cartouches on all four pieces may have had initials or crests removed. All hallmarks are clear. Date letters and maker's marks same on all pieces

19th century silver plated inkstand of shaped rectangular form, with bright cut decoration and Japanese-Influenced foliate and game bird borders, surmounted by a model of a mountain goat and fitted with two cut glass inkwells, 23cm across CONDITION REPORT General overall condition good, minor surface wear, scratching, etc, commensurate with age and use. Silver plated surface is good with no major damage. Glass inkwells are reasonably good, some minor nicks to glass, silver plated mounts are tarnished and slightly distorted, one mount is presently separated from glass body
