Glossy paper, with full-page and in-text monochrome photo illustrations. Original green card wrappers printed in black; front with title, list of contents and John Hassall illustration. Army Game A 30cm x 46cm double mount in acid free mount board, mounted with a rare album page signed by a number of the late 50's TV show. The page is signed by Alfie Bass, Ted Lune, Bill Fraser, Harry Fowler, Frank Williams and Mario Fabrizi in various pens. All have also added their screen names as well. Good condition

An Edwardian inlaid mahogany canteen of cutlery, Rogers, Sheffield, twelve place settings. CONDITION REPORT: The canteen is 12 place settings but is not complete. There are 12 dessert forks, 11 table forks, 12 dessert spoons, 11 teaspoons, 1 pickle fork, 12 soup spoons, 6 tablespoons, 2 sauce ladles, sugar tongs, mustard spoon, soup ladle, gravy spoon, 1 salt spoon & 2 egg spoons. There are 12 dessert knives, but only 10 table knives. There are also 2 game carvers, 2 carving forks and a steel. The kniVes are not in particularly good condition. The blades are all significantly tarnished and require a very good clean. The ivorine handles are in the main discoloured and there are visible stress cracks to most of the ivorine handles. The steel has a large section of the ivorine handle missing. The silver plating is generally in reasonable condition on the remainder of the cutlery but there is some wear through to the base metal on the proud parts at the back of the spoons and at the end of the tines and backs of the forks. The overall condition can only be described as average.
Great War Grouping of Letters and Ephemera Relating to The Leeds Pals and Leeds Flag Day Committee, Including a hand written note dated 4-9-16 to the Leeds Flag Day Committee which is signed by J C Hartley commanding officer of the Leeds Pals. Most of the letters in the grouping are written by Leeds men who received parcels and gifts from the charity during their service in WW1. One such letter details the gift of a Football, the receiver stated the Germans have not left the ground in a good condition for playing a game. Some postcards sent from German prisoner of war camps and a silk ribbon commemorating the death of 1154 Private R Hill West Yorkshire Regiment (Leeds Pals) killed in action 24th March 1918. One letter in the grouping is from the father of a soldier who was killed in action, asking for details of how he was killed. Generally in good condition. (Approx 65 items)

Nearly all are architectural shots, both interior and exterior. Mainly of churches and castles. Box holding them is scuffed, warn etc conducive with age and use. Printing blocks are all in a used state with worn varnish, ink stains etc conducive with age and use. Interior of box is also ink stained. Exterior is scuffed etc. Moulding plane has general wear. The brick player kit three box is broken. Unknown if complete. Has general wear conducive with age and use. Door furniture is all in a used condition. A large collection of Stilton jars, etc. to include Fortnum & Mason, a collection of Continental porcelain cabinet plates each decorated with game birds, and a Sevres porcelain cabinet plate decorated in cobalt blue and gilt CONDITION REPORTS Sevres plate has knife mark to gilding, general wear, dirt, scratches, scuffs, etc. conducive with age and use. Continental plates have general wear conducive with age adn use, some small losses of enamel decoration, one plate has a chip to front rim.
