A scarce Edwardian Penny Arcade machine. This example also produced in the early 1900’s is called ‘The Gypsy’ measures 60cm tall, 46cm wide. A circular portrait of a Gypsy surrounded by a dial showing the fortunes. This simple game requires a penny to spin the fortune tellers wheel which randomly points to your reading ‘A Proposal’, ‘A Lover’ ‘An offer of Marriage’ etc. GC for age. Appears to be in working order, sold as a collector’s item only. Plate 5

Plus a Money System Game etc and a rubber Policeman Also in lot a collection of 15 assorted novelty and commemorative tins. Most GC-VGC some wear to a few.

A clockwork ‘Ride-a-Rocket’ chair-o-plane. Three similar toys with 2 World centres and as an ‘Aerodrome’ control tower. An Eastern European friction powered motorbike and a smaller Japanese style clockwork example. Plus 4 tins/money boxes in the form of carrousels and a number of other items. GC-VGC minor wear to most.
