The back cover shows how the two teams reached the Final plus lists of previous winners and an advert for Worthington Ale, whilst the middle pages include the team listings, match officials, colours of each team and further adverts for Worthingtons. Fold, slight creasing, no writing. The game ended 0-0 and Barnsley won the replay 1-0 at Bramall Lane. Generally good

This is the one with the match ticket, believed to be genuine, which appears to be for an undesignated area. The United game was played on 01/10/1980. The programme is written in the Polish language, other than a welcome on the inside front cover. Good
