MANCHESTER UNITED 1955 Single sheet programme for two practice games played at Old Trafford, probably 13/8/55, as next match was 20/8/55. Practice games between Reds and Blues, one Junior and one First Team, players included Bent, Jones, Edwards, Taylor, Pegg, Berry and Whelan in the Senior game, with Colman and Charlton in the Junior game. Scores, scorers noted, minor folds. Fair-generally good
FIRST & LAST - E S CLYDEBANK Home programme from the only season of East Stirlingshire Clydebank, formed from a merger of the two teams which only lasted for the 1964-65 season. This programme is the first issue for the new Club v Stenhousemuir 8/8/64 for the only season that the Club existed and is something of a collectors piece. This was the first competitive game played at Kilbowie and the only season that East Stirling played there. When the clubs demerged at the end of the season, Clydebank continued to play at Kilbowie and rejoined the Scottish League in 1966. This scarce programme is a "First and Last" in many senses of the phrase. Programme is in very good condition. Very good
