Pokemon: A collection of five PSA graded Masaki Evolution Campaign cards: PSA 5 EX Golem, PSA 6 EX-MT Machamp, PSA 8 NM-MT Omastar, PSA 8 NM-MT Alakazam, and PSA 7 NM Gengar.Additional Information: Available during a 'Mail In Evolution Campaign' on a specific month for each of the 5 cards in 1999. Participants had to submit the previous stage form (for e.g. Haunter) + Bill's PC (Both from Vending Series) Participants were then mailed back the evolved form (for e.g. Gengar) in a presentation envelope in authenticity for Game Boy game. The only way to evolve Haunter to Gengar was to trade via Bill's PC. To add an extra depth to these Promos, the way in which these cards were mailed back caused damage. Almost every card has the famous 'Mount Mark' from the way the card was mounted in the envelope. Therefore achieving high grades in these Promos is extremely hard and unlikely. This results in a unique grading population with a large amount of lower grades compared to all other cards. Therefore collectors are much more willing to make an exception for lower grades with these Promos.
