A Plains child's pin and bone game with three pierced bones attached to a buckskin thread and a string of red and blue beads and a coiled metal spike, the spike 21.5cm long. A variation of the popular cup and ball game, where the bones would be tossed and caught on the pin. cf. Charles Miles. Indian & Eskimo Artifacts of North America, p.207, pl.10.5 - 10.7. A Kongo game board Democratic Republic of Congo with thirty-two square recesses, with four attachment piercings to the sides and on a tapering cylindrical support, 21cm high, 66cm long, a similar game board, on shallow block feet and painted green, 59.5cm long, and a narrow game board with twenty-four recesses and a leather handle, 72cm long.
