Condition report:Some slight wear to edges of slip case and fading. Volume in lovely clean condition generally. Very small tear to bottom of map (1cm) where bound in, what appears to be a tear above this is actually part of the facsimile print. As images.

Condition Report : Hinges split and covers loose (held only by cords); corners worn; frontispiece torn with small loss; half-title page repaired lower left, not affecting image. An early 20th Century oak plan or folio chest, the plain top above eight drawers with lug handles raised on bracket feet 114 cm wide x 86.5 cm deep x 127.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Has some scratching, water marks etc to the whole piece. There appears to be a repair in the top left hand front corner with a large crack and some holes. One of the drawers is showing glue to the interior, it looks as though it might have had some restoration. A couple of the lower drawers are missing the brass escutcheons.
