Sammelband of mid 18th century printed popular music, folio, bound, ex libris label worn to the point where the name is unrecognisable, the date still showing 1747, with in excess of 150 popular songs on 213 leaves, including an early example of 'A Loyal Song Sung at both Theatres for two Voices' (God Save the king), sheets in different states but generally good, uncut edges and pasted onto thin card slips bound to the folio, with some repairs, a rare survivor of a unique example of the popular songs of the time, in one binding, circa 1747. Meredith is considered one of the first female photographers in Australia, although none of her photos was published. An early member of The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty of Animals.
