French gilt metal mantel clock, cylinder movement stamped L P Japy, striking on a bell, 30cm, and a coromandel correspondence box with fitted interior, 24cm.Qty: 2Condition report:Clock - no glass to the dial. Enamel of the dial chipped surrounding the winding holes. No key but the pendulum is present. Appears to be ticking over but no guarantees can be given for accuracy or longevity. The case has some patches to the patina. The bolted on elements (instrument below the glass door, are all a little loose, as are the feet. Width 17cm, depth 13cm, height 30cm.Box - split extending from the right hand side of the cover, and the right hand side panel ha a 5cm patch of lost veneer. The interior is tired and some of the dividers have become loose and moved. The colour has faded to the back of the box on the exterior. Width 25cm, depth 14cm, height 19cm.

Some of the lengths of moulding along the bottom edge are loose.

Cabbage Patch Kids - An unboxed vintage Cabbage Patch Kid in a Cabbage Patch 'Bubble' stroller / pram. The doll appears to be in Very Good condition, and is accompanied with various accessories, an unsigned adoption certificate and other CPK ephemera. The stroller has a compartment that when filled with the correct fluid, makes bubbles as its pushed along (untested). Items have been wrapped in heat sealed polythene by the Vendor. Steiff - A vintage Steiff Ride On Elephant. The blond mohair elephant measures approximately 90 cms (trunk to tail - with tail extended), approximately 54 cms in height, and sits on a black metal chassis with four blue wheels with white rubber tyres marked Steiff 125. The elephant has glass eyes, white felt tusks and tail, and comes with Steiff button to left ear. The elephant posses a grey metal handle, and has the remnants of the original pull cord to front of the frame. The elephant comes with ring pull growler (which works when tested). The elephant wears a leather and felt saddle with a snap fastener marked with the letter 'N'. The elephant has some balding mainly to the head and back, and there is a repair patch to the back (which the saddle covers). The frame shows some age signs with some spots of paint loss but overall the elephant is clean and bright appearing to be in Good - Very Good condition overall. A Kato (Japan) HO gauge 30701 DRG SVT877 Fliegender Hamburger (Flying Hamburger) articulated railcar - in the original lidded box with instruction booklet, decal sheet and unused small parts on sprue.* Condition: VG cdn - small patch of light green paint to gilt 'Deutsche Reichsbahn' lettering to one side of one car. An attempt has been made to remove the paint which has caused some scratches to the factory finish beneath. No other faults. Box VG-E.

An early 18th century oak chest of small proportions - two-plank cleated moulded top, two half-width and two full-width graduated drawers below, raised on bracket feet (LWH 96.5 x 41.5 x 85 cm).* Condition: The top has some stains and ring marks and the left hand end is a lighter colour with some wear to the polish. One very old, small shrinkage crack to the very front towards the right hand side. The handles are later, probably 19th century additions. Circular pale patch to polish to left hand side of chest. A few small losses to cockbeading around the drawers. The backboards are possibly later 19th century replacements in pale oak. The chest is very solid overall with smooth running drawers.

Limited edition Gibson FDH archtop acoustic guitar, made between 1937 and 1941 specifically for the UK market (to be imported by Francis Day and Hunter Music in London). Specially designed Gibson logo and fretboard inlays. Trapezoidal tailpiece, wooden floating bridge, open tuners, tortoiseshell effect pickguard and black and white checked binding around the top of the guitar. The back of the headstock is stamped "MADE IN THE U.S.A." and 132 (although reputedly only 120 of these guitars were made).The front of the guitar has a number of marks and scratches, some deep. The sides are fine with a few scratches and a wear patch at the top right, close to the back binding. The two-piece back is in very good condition with a wear patch at the top right, aligning with the similar wear patch on the side. The rear of the neck shows a lot of signs of wear. The pickguard is missing one of its screws.The hardshell case appears to be of the correct vintage with the interior green felt showing being loose along the back of the guitar and around the headstock areaProvenance: Previous owner bought this in 1937 via advert (when there was an Embargo on exportation from America so they were transported through Canada to Britain) played for the Lincolnshire Regiment Band and the Royal Artillery Band during WWII, on the onset of D-Day posted the guitar home via the railway just in its case with address written on
